Commission Info
If you like my work, but you haven't seen what you want at an artshow or gallery, then maybe a commission painting is right for you. To give you an idea of how it works, here's some basic information.
First, contact me (email is the best way to start), tell me what you're interested in; subject matter, and size-wise.
Second, I give you a price and time frame for delivery. My basic price formula is $3.50 per sq. in. (example: 16x20 = 320 x $3.50 = $1120.) Delivery time is approx 6 to 8 weeks. Could be sooner, depending on what I'm working on at that time.
Third, once subject matter, size and price details are worked out, I request a 50% deposit, paid in advance (check or money order). If needed, I'll submit a rough sketch for your approval before I begin painting.
Fourth, when your painting is done, I'll email you a pic of it and let you know what the balance is with shipping + insurance. Also, FL residents are subject to 6% sales tax.
Lastly, you send the balance, I send you your original painting, and you hang it up where you and your family and friends can enjoy it for many years!
